U.S. Stock Market Update

At the opening bell, VinFast Auto Ltd. (VFS) surged 10.3% in pre-market trading, while Horizon Therapeutics PLC (HZNP) experienced a 5.2% increase.

Several major stocks were also showing positive movement. 3M Co. (MMM), Jabil Inc. (JBL), and Boston Scientific Corp. (BSX) all recorded gains of at least 3%. On the other hand, Sealed Air Corp. (SEE) and Magna International Inc. (MGA) saw declines, falling 5.8% and 2.7% respectively during early trading.

As for the futures market, the S&P 500 was up by 0.18%, while the Dow Jones Industrial Average saw a rise of 0.26%. The Cboe Volatility Index futures decreased by 4.42%.

Moving on to commodities, Brent crude oil futures declined by 0.30%, while gold futures experienced a 0.13% increase. The price of Bitcoin fell by 0.52%, currently standing at $25,945.

Additionally, the 10-Year Treasury yield rose to 4.236%.

During the previous trading session, the S&P 500 and the Dow recorded gains of 0.67% and 0.73% respectively. Markets in Asia also showed positivity, with Japan's NIKKEI 225 Index up by 1.73% and China's Shanghai Composite Index rising by 1.13%.

In Europe, stocks are currently on an upward trend, with the STOXX Europe 600 Index rising by 0.52% since the previous close.
